Today started out well and ended well! Zero carbs in heavy cream ... a wonderful thing!
Two hard boiled eggs - 2 carbs
3 cups of coffee with heavy cream - 0 carbs
Egg salad with kalamata olives - 6 carbs
Braised short ribs (yummm) - 0 carbs
Celery with pimento cheese - 4 carbs
Grand total: 12 carbs (and I'm not hungry). Woohoo!
