Tuesday, April 12

Today started out well and ended well! Zero carbs in heavy cream ... a wonderful thing!

  • Two hard boiled eggs - 2 carbs

  • 3 cups of coffee with heavy cream - 0 carbs

  • Egg salad with kalamata olives - 6 carbs

  • Braised short ribs (yummm) - 0 carbs

  • Celery with pimento cheese - 4 carbs

Grand total: 12 carbs (and I'm not hungry). Woohoo!
