The hours of cleaning and prep took their toll. Here's what I ate yesterday:
2 Gummi Vitamins (3 carbs)
Couple Pieces of Cheese (0 carbs)
2 Cups Black Coffee
1 1/2 Plain McD's Double Cheeseburgers- no ketchup, almost all of buns removed (no idea, maybe 15 carbs...)
Salami & Cream Cheese Roll-ups (0 carbs)
Prime Rib w/Horseradish Sauce & Broccoli (3 carbs)
Total: 21
Ugh. Am hoping that the 5 hours I spent doing serious cleaning burned some of these carbs off...
