Good on Tuesday at 19:
- Scrambled eggs with 2 T. salsa 5
- 3 cups of coffee with cream 4
- celery with pimento cheese 2
- nuts 4
- braised pork chops 4
Wednesday started with coffee and two sausage patties. I had peanut butter at lunch ... not very hungry. I'm thawing some bacon because I have a yearning for it ... and it's low carb. Will have salad with bacon & cheese for dinner.
I must take my daughter's lead and stick to this ... only 2 months to cruise time!
