Wednesday's Food

Lol, thanks Mom.  :-)  I presented today and managed to still do pretty ok.  Well, maybe I should add it up first:

Black Coffee (0 carbs)
2 Atkins Low Carb Bar Thingys (4 carbs)
Side Salad & Fried Shrimp- breading picked off (yes, I did that.  Not a lot of options at this hospital.  Not sure on carbs, going with 5)
2oz Almonds (4 carbs)Pepsi Max & Coke Zero (0 carbs)
Jimmy Johns Roast Beef Unwich, Again (5 carbs)
Total: 18

Am glad I wrote it all down, was considering eating another one of those bars.  Of course after standing in heels from 7:30am until 6:15pm with nothing but a 20 minute lunch break, so I suppose I've earned the right to a freaking snack.  Wish I had some of your braised shortribs, pleeeaaase teach me how to make them next time because I know we'd love to have that as a meal.  And BTW, why are you counting carbs for that???  It's meat!  No carbs!
