First Post!

Hi Mom!  I made this blog for us today on my lunch break so that we could document our low carb journey together.  Plus, it'll be a nice way to talk with each other every day.  :-)

Here's what I'm thinking...  We'll each log on every evening to list what we've eaten during the day.  We could also try to count the carbs we've consumed, thought I know that might be more difficult/time intensive.  What do you think?  In any case, we'll be able to keep track of what we're eating together; it'll help keep us honest.
