After the carb debacle that was the end of last week, I managed to get back on track on Sunday and not at all begrudgingly. Which is honestly surprising after all the crap I ate. Usually after a binge like that I would have trouble going back on the diet. Guilt works wonders! Well, so does the knowledge that I have 2 bikini's for the cruise in my top drawer...
