OMG, I've been away for too long!

Sunday- very bad.  Felt sick and actually asked Bill to make me waffles.  Which he did.  And I ate them.  Sigh...

Salad- ham, mushrooms, egg, cheese, veggies & ranch (3 carbs)
Sooo Much Coffee (0 carbs)
Diet Mountain Dew (0 carbs)
Ribeye Steak w/Grilled Shrimp & Horseradish sauce (0 carbs)
Broccoli (3 carbs)
Glass of Merlot (5 carbs)
Almonds (4 carbs)
Total: 15
